We had our heat pump and air handler installed by Pro Heating and Cooling, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Naturally, we were a bit nervous going into the project, it’s not every day you replace an old 80% gas furnace and relocate the entire system from the basement to the attic. We made the change not only for efficiency, but also to free up space so we can eventually finish our basement. Despite the complexity, the installation was completed in just one day, including the outdoor unit, indoor air handler, and new ductwork runs. My review is a little late since service was performed back in April but I wanted to shout out Lupe! Lupe was incredibly helpful and kind! He did a great job, was efficient, and clear about what he worked on and the state of our system. Our thermostat stopped working unexpectedly. We called Pro Heating and Cooling, they were able to get out here same day, on a holiday too! Lupe M showed up right at the beginning of our one hour time window, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and quick! He knew exactly what he needed to do after I explained the issue. Found an issue with the cooling system.  He took care of all the details with the warranty.  Looking forward to hearing back to when the replacement part is available.
